This past week another one of sellers in the Prince William County Virginia area accepted a contract on their Woodbridge Virginia home. They will settle by June 1st, 2012.

One lucky buyer who is relocating from the Norfolk Virginia area visited with their REALTOR® and within forty eight hours they were "officially under contract" . These buyers had a good plan, arrive early, and place an offer on the best home in their price point.
