How much can a mortgage loan officer LIE?????

No forthcoming truth in lending statement...... and NOW the drum roll please for the ending of this saga......

I have been lied to about how much the client I have is qualified for by the PIRATE SHIP LOAN COMPANY I WAS DOING BUSINESS WITH.....obviously they were standing to make more of a commission at the higher loan amount, besides charging on the back end of the loan fees they did NOT want to disclose in the TIL form....

Along comes Jason Price of Knightlines Mortgage...one of OUR very own AR members, has gave me a CORRECT assessment and is in the process of Pre Approving my client...not prequalifying.... and he has done it in LESS time than the PIRATE SHIP LOAN COMPANY.......

Can you beat THAT with a stick or what??!!?? ......I hardly doubt it.......

Thanks for the plug. I am doing all that I can to help you and your clients out. I had the pleasure of talking to Olga today. She sounded a little disappointed that the purchase price range dropped (she has spent so much time showing houses that she now knows the buyers could not afford), but is happy because she does not want to see the buyers get a house that they will not be able to afford.

I will call you tomorrow to give you all the updates.

Alex, Rebecca is the newest member of our team. She is closer to you than me, and will be able to help you out until we can get you your license.

Hey, maybe we can form a new company and call it Camelot. A bunch of knight sitting around a large table... some of us do mortgage, some real estate, etc. etc. We will have our own trades. :)
