Fannin County (Georgia) Property Taxes due December 20th !

Fannin County's tax commissioner wants to remind property owners that the deadline to pay Fannin County (Georgia) property taxes is

December 20th !!!

Beverly Weaver, Tax Commissioner says anyone not able to pay their property taxes on time should contact the tax commissioner's office. There will be additional fees charged for late payments.

Donna, good reminder but OUCH---does it have to be so close to the holidays??

Carole: I know, it really stinks doesn't it! I almost didn't post this just because it is so close to the holidays but I figure people may need the reminder.

Its good to remind them even this close to the holidays.

Keith and Robin: Too bad it has to be right here at Christmas. Looks like they could change the date. I think it would really help out considering the expense most people have at this time of the year. But, what's that they say about taxes and death!!!
