• Active: 1,389 = 5.3% decrease from January 2012 (1,466 Active)

The median price for Santa Clara County, also knows as Silicon Valley, single-family, re-sale homes has been lower than the year before for fifteen consecutive months.  The median price was up 4% year-over-year in February 2012! 

The average price was up 11.9% compared to February 2011.

Home sales decreased 3.4% year-over-year.

Silicon Valley Home inventory was 23.3% less than February 2011.

Pending home sales were up 22.9% year-over-year.
