This is very important in this market.  I love this market, my so-called competition is dropping out left and right.  This year 2007 was a tough year for me.  I have lost employees, friends, and so on, but I stayed true to my database and Realtor Partners.  In 2008, I am looking to add a few more Realtor Partners.  My office referred over 15 million dollars in referrals.  I was personally responsible for 8.5 million. 

I fell in 2007, twice I got out of my chair to go lock the door for good, but when I got to the door.  I saw someone I knew that counted on me staying in business.  I fell, I stood up and I am planning on referring 20 million in 2008 and then 40 million in 2009.  My business is strong. 

My business plan is nearly complete, and I look forward to hitting my goals in 2008.  I have hired a person part-time this week to help me get my office ready for the new year.  Cleaning it up and databasing and so on.
