I live in Crossville, TN. The last couple of years has been very low on snow. We were all hoping for a nice little snow last night. Unfortunately, last night the weatherman was all primed to deliver but did not. Sadly when we got up this morning there was only a slight dusting. All we got from the weatherman was lots of gusting wind and cold air. It would not have not been bad if not for the wind. This is our first actually uncomfortable day we have had for the season. I want a snow day to play. I want a snow day for pictures. We are due a snow day.

Hi Vicky, We have lots of cold wind here in Texas too but no snow for us. We don't get snow near Houston. When it snows there, be sure to share the photos.

Vicky - I actually look forward to getting snowed in. I have books waiting to be read by the fire, I have hot cocoa with marshmallows waiting to be sipped, I have snow boots and a snow shovel waiting to serve their purpose. I also have a camera ready to take the photos of all the snow covering my little world!

Well Vicky, we had a blast last night of 6" with an ice storm last week....just think last year I was living in Florida and laughing at people shoveling! Might be able to send a snowball your way! Nice post.
