Condo & Home Selector We offer two services which can be done separately or combined together. 1. Tenant Placement Services include: * Marketing your property through our various resources ( websites, print advertising, relocation companies, agent and property referrals, multiple listing service, etc.) * Finding and pre-qualifying prospective renters interested in your property * Showing property * Run credit, criminal, and eviction history * Verify employment and income * Reviewing all information with owner to decide to approve or disapprove * If approved prepare lease and collect all monies due * Move renters in * Disburse all monies, lease and any additional owner paperwork to person responsible for day to day management of property. 2.
