6 Comments on Photos of the House AND Property Are Important In Selling Real Estate
Boy, I couldn't agree more. Around here, where better than half of our properties are on steep slopes, it is really helpful to know the terrain the house is located on. I understand trying to get an attractive shot of your listing, but if you had to have a bucket truck or climb a tree to get that front shot, and no way in h**l can a normal person ever see the actual front, it begins to border on falsehood. It also wastes a lot of time taking people up to see it only to be dissappointed on arrival.
I agree Brigita, the outbuldings photos are so important with horse property. People need to be clued into the sum total of what they are buying before they come out for a visit. It is annoying when agents are skimpy on their pictures. You, I know do a great job. Super post on this topic.
Brigita, photos photos photos, and well, videos too now adays...the more you show a buyer, the more meaningful and successful the future showings are!
Leslie:
I don't know how many times I have taken clients out to see a property and they were totally disappointed because of the lay of the land. It was a waste of time for all involved.

Gary:
Thank you. Photos of the outbuildings are just as important, if not more, as photos of the house are. People care about their animals and want to make sure all is comfy and safe for them, too.

Kristin:
Looks like we are on the same page. :-)
