Happy to report that tourism on the Emerald Coast, northwest Florida panhandle, is in full swing. Haven't seen this many people since before the BP oil spill. Getting frequent calls about properties that went forever without interest.
Baring a hurrican to the area this year, I'd say things are really looking up for us.
And it really was about time!!
