Happy HOLIDAYS to everyone out there.  I am taking a whole week and a half off.  I really think this year is going to wrap up well.  Changes in the market made my job a little more challenging but as of April 2008 I will have been in Commercial & Residential finance for a decade.  God that makes me sound old.

I am sure before the year is out I will write many more blogs.  Tonight I just feel really good about 2007 and everything that has happened. 

In 2008 I will still be doing the same thing and hopefully for years to come!
