Congrats to everyone involved and the team who worked so hard to close a wonderful Ypsilanti, Michigan home for my buyer. I only had since Thanksgiving to find a home, make an offer and close by December 11th. We made the date!! I would like to thank the wonderful listing agent who worked endlessly to get past the problems we had after the inspection and she is Cathie Curran of the Varsity Group.  She had to explain to the sellers that the AC unit needed to be replaced completely.  Please read what the AC looked like after only 8 years.  It was a difficult situation to be sure but we both worked hard to get the HVAC companies to quote and resolve the issue.  The way she worked was in complete harmony to sell a home for her client.  Excellent service!
