Can you find the lockbox in this picture?
This is a shot of a home that I brought my client to this morning. As we drove up, I told her to look around while I opened the lockbox to get the key. As my eKey beeped and revealed the key, she peaked around the corner.
"Oh my Gawd! What do you think the inside looks like?"
We toured the inside of the house and it was "a little better" than the outside. As we were leaving she commented that unless the seller is ready to do some serious clean up they had better be ready to offer a huge discount! She is so right!
