Fred, you know it! Each parcel is unique to its square footage. The two we have in mind will be 800k and the other 900k for the buyout. The leased land is $2700- annually right now. Lots of info., but this community is quite special and exclusive. The best part with the economy it's amazing to get in at these prices. ;) Looking fwd to the closing....
