Toni- Thats a lovely picture. I see that having a bird feeder in your backyard attract a good variety of birds. Enjoy and thanks for sharing.
Mike - at least you are having a bidding war of some kind. We have several cardinal couples that vie for the various bushes and it's always fun to see who wins what. Enjoyed your story.
Belinda - we try to entice them as much as we can. We so much enjoy watching them.
Michele - thank you. It sure does; we have all kinds coming. You have to have a few different kinds of seeds to get a variety.
Toni, this is a wonderfully ethereal photo - we don't get cardinals in our area, so I love it when others are kind enough to share their pics. Beautiful!
Aww. I love the sights and sounds of Spring. Sadly, they are fixing the balconies of my building and I can't access it since they locked us in! I guess I can justlook at your posts and Roy's for lovely flora and fauna...
Toni, That is a great photo with some really cool effects! Have a great afternoon!
What a great photo, Toni. Glad you're enjoying some bird-watching this Spring!

Rob - thank you!! I liked the way it turned out too.
Suzanne - always glad to help :)
Ceil & Carl - yes, I can visit anytime.
Larry & Sheila - we try to please.
Myrl - that's a soft focal but the leaves of the bush gave it extra pizzaz. No, the feeder is about 20 feet from there. Location, location, location. :)
Dale - thank you for the Wild Wednesday feature.
Kristin - I will try but I hate to scare the parents away from the nest.
Roy - thank you!!
Gloria - thank you for the feature in the Birds group!!
Toni, I've always wondered what those bushes were called! We have lots of cardinals here and I'm so glad your photo featured the female, she's just as beautiful as the male...just in a different way.
Mona - I've always thought so too. The male catches everyone's eye because of that firey red but she's gorgeous in her pnk and brown. Thanks.
