Hi Bruce, Will it ever end? Scams and con artists seem to pop up in the most unexpected areas. Shame on them.

Hi Bruce - We've had this happen several times with our listings. We usually find out when we get a call from a prospective tenant wanting to get inside and look around. Bruce,

Brian
Malcolm & Brian- thanks for responding to my post. Guess that we, as holders of the confidential information, will always need to be one step ahead of the rip-off artists.
Hello Bruce - I have recently changed my online ads from showing my cell phone number (I only show my office number) and my email address. So far, I have not had any problems with those types of scams, but I'm sure they can happen at any time.
