"How big is your pond?" or Sphere

Real Estate Agent with Award Realty

I think we all need to be the best we can be as Real Estate Professionals at all times.  This industry is changing and we all need to learn that.  Whether you are in large metropolis area, "Lake", or a small community, "pond".

Swan

I serve smaller communities, Sun City Grand, Sun City West, Sun City Festival, Corte Bella and Arizona Traditions.  Recently, we have had Realtors, not in the area, start to get more listing's.  With the age of Social Media it was bound to happen.  I think it is wonderful to have more interest in our communities.  However, we have more restrictions, addendum's, etc. than most.  I find that these new agents do not know this.  As fellow agents, we should share this information.

I recently had and agent from another area, Scottsdale, send me a new client.  She stated she did not know the area and just wanted a referral.  I sent her  information I thought she would need in the future.

This scenario went well, however it could have gone the other way.  I can choose to be the "proud Swan" in my area and swim with others or become . . .
