One of the questions I have had is how to utilize local search if your business doesn't have a physical address, or as one agent commented, the area in which he sells homes is not the same as his business address. The writer suggested renting a mailbox from a mail or UPS store. My additional suggestion: instead of putting "Box 123" put "Suite 123."

Phone numbers can be a sticking point. I can't dial a number like 1-800-BUY1NOW from my Blackberry, with its QWERTY keyboard, nor do I have the patience to figure it out from a regular phone. Just give me the numbers!

User ratings...ask satisified clients to give you a rating and/or review. User reviews count for a lot online and will bring more buyers to you.
