A lovely example of life in your area, John. Great photograph. Have a sunny desert weekend in Albuquerque.
Good morning John. This may just be one of my favorite photographs you have shared with us. Thank you. Have a great weekend!
John,
Great picture of the tree and one has to wonder how that specific tree was able to adapt to the desert and live on.
John, That is a great photo and I like the frame. It looks like those roots are out there sucking up any moisture they can find. Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend.
It's amazing how things adapt to their environment and conditions. It's another stellar photo from Q-man. You did a great job with the framing and composition of this shot. Have a great Friday.
John, That is amazing. How does that tree thrive with its roots above ground and total lack of water.

John,
What a beautiful tree. It looks like a bonsai, the way it is shaped and I love the roots that are above the dirt. Thanks for sharing your lovely state with us. A
Poems are pictures. Pictures are poems.
What a picture and poem you've captured here, John.
Hey John...that's another fabulous picture. Maybe you missed your calling and should have been a professional photographer.
John,
Really like this tree. Reminds me of the juniper the way it holds on. :)

Now that is a tree! It looks majestic against the backdrop of the Southwestern mountain skyline-and the roots are so interesting.
John what a great shot. his is exactly the type of tree that would have caught my attention.
Thanks for sharing.
John, that is some tree! The trunk is just amazing - like it must get a little thirsty once in a while.
