I think by now, we have all seen the Verizon ad that Susie takes her business to the next level by "making it pink".  So, my question to you is "How do you make it pink"?

First, for me, I try to make the marketing of the property easy to find when a buyer does a search.  So, I'm all over the place.  I make the property a "Feature" on my website, kennethcolerealestate.com

I'll use my High Definition Virtual Tour of the house as in 782 Barlow Ave.2 bedroom, 2 bath, townhome in Eltingville, Staten Island

I even make a Youtube audio video as in 82 Pacific Ave, which is going into contract as I write this.

If my clients house is between street lights, I'll light up the yard sign with my "Listing light"

I'll talk about local parks.

If I'm doing an Open House, I'll have a drawing for a gift card for any buyer that signs the log of visitors, and I post it on youtube.

I'll give feedback to my clients from all agents that respond to feedback requests, so the homeowner will know how the showings are going, comments from prospective buyers and the agents, this can be very help full in making the unit more attractive to buyers.

Lastly, I'll update my clients as to the changing market, recently sold and new units on the market that can effect their asking price.

So, How do you "Make it Pink"?sign with sold on it

A job well begun, is half done!

Ken, the more exposure we get our listings the more traffic and the better the chance of getting it sold quickly. You seem to have that formula down real well.
