Effective for case numbers ordered on or after April 9, 2012
The UFMIP for Single Family forward mortgages will increase from 1% to 1.75% of the base loan amount. This increase applies regardless of amortization term or LTV.
The Annual MIP (monthly) will increase by 10 basis points.
