Just updated this one for a price reduction from $399,900 to $389,900. The Seller is also going to landscape the back yard. There is a good bit of inventory here at the moment, so we will work to add some value and have it sparkling and ready to shine for the Spring market! If you have anyone coming my way, I'd love to send you a referral fee!

Thank you Thesa, I appreciate the good thoughts.

By the way, the seller has had the rear yard professionally landscaped. Just waiting for it to get a little bit established before taking new photos. Fortunately, we've gotten a little (very welcome) Spring rain to help that along!

Hi Gary,

Thanks for the compliments. This property is in the Verde Valley, in North Central Arizona. If you're referring to Mesa Verde National Park, that is located in Southwest Colorado, and is probably a good day's drive from here, if memory serves me. Both are beautiful areas, and we actually DO have some pretty nice ruins and cliff dwellings (Montezuma's Castle, for instance) here in the Verde Valley as well (though not as extensive or perhaps as impressive as those at Mesa Verde).

If you've never visited the Sedona-Verde Valley area, you owe it to yourself to plan a trip here!

p.s. I have spent some time visiting in your general area (in Morristown, NJ), though it's been many years. That's where I first understood why New Jersey is called the Garden State.

Thanks Tim & Pam,

I appreciate the visit and good wishes. If you know anyone looking to relocate or buy a second home in the Verde Valley - Sedona area, I would be delighted to help them and honor your referral!

The Verde Santa Fe communities offer a terrific jumping-off point for exploring North Central Arizona, and an excellent value for your dollar.

Hello, Beth!  Very nice listing--I hope you sell it soon.  I love AZ's clear blue skies.  I'm admiring the way you put the pictures side by side.  Do you mind sharing?  Thanks, good post!

This is absolutely beautiful! We don't have anything like this in South Carolina.  We do have beautiful lakes and mountains, but your colors are so vivid!

Wow, great listing and great prices! I checked out your slide show and it really shows the property well.  AZ is such a nice contrast (desert) to where I live (Hawaii). Good luck!

Hi Bill - Sierra Vista....were you military? When I was at U of A in Tucson, I had suite mates from S.V.

Hi Yolanda, I'd be glad to post a tutorial, but it may take a few days to get to it. The short version is that when you add the photo, go to the 2nd tab (I think it's called "Appearance" and choose the appropriate location (left, middle, right) for each photo as needed. I had to fool around with size and spacing to get them to fit. Maybe somebody else who is more expert has some feedback for both of us!

Tim/Pam: This is a great area. Was your family in Cornville, Sedona or another part of the Verde Valley?

Judi, thanks for your  comment. Come on out and take a look, maybe this house should be yours!

Hi Sheri, I've never had the pleasure of visiting South Carolina, but have seen plenty of lovely photos and it is on my list of places to go some day.

Jamie, Hawaii is gorgeous too. I believe every place has something special about it. Here in the Desert Southwest, one of the things I love most is the incredible quality of the light, which creates ever-changing color in the landscape (as Yolanda says - love those clear blue skies)!

The other thing I love is to stargaze on a perfectly clear night. At our higher altitudes, the milky way is just amazing.

This pristine home has been reduced and is now being offered at the very attractive price of $379,900. It is a great buy. There are a lot of homes on the market at the Verde Santa Fe in North Central Arizona right now, but not many with this quality of finishes and level of amenities for this price. Take the time to tour this home, you will not be disappointed!
