Sales pending of detached single family homes in the neighborhood in Dublin increased to 56% in February. This is more than the sales this neighborhood had than any month since February of 2005. The 39 sales pending that occurred within the month was only 1 unit less than the highest mark of the year 2011, which was in June at 40. Inventory was almost unaffected, dropping by 1, resulting to 42 units. By the end of February, there were 1.1 months of inventory relative to sales pending, in comparison to January’s 1.7 months.
