The Cheapest sold Big Bear cabins in the last 90 days were in Sugarloaf, Erwin Lake and Big Bear City. The chart below shows that, although a few properties sold in the $40,000 range, most of the bottom 20 Big Bear cabins sold for between $50,000 & $70,000.
The biggest price differences between asking prices and sales prices were for Big Bear properties purchased at auction. The Green Line shows list price and the red line shows sales price. The blue line shows that most of these properties sold within 125 days of listing. The average sales price in Big Bear was $78.98 per square foot for these lowest priced properties.
