There was an interesting article in our local newspaper, the Las Vegas Review Journal. At first glance, it seemed like a typical notice----another project cancellation, this time, it was Spa Lofts. What made it unusual were the quotes from another developer in town. I put up a post up about the cancellation and included his remarks. In fairness, the developer's project is selling but you think he went a little too far?  All's fair in love and business?-Charles

As a buyer, would that incite you to purchase from the Smacker or the Smackee?  And what exactly does that comment indicate about the developer talking smack - I wouldn't trust anyone to build a quality product if he has to resort to locker jockey lingo to promote his own development.  There are right ways to brag your business, and wrong ones.  Not commenting is better than negativity.

That was my feeling about it, not very professional. There is a way to say the exact same thing without trying to rub someone's nose in it. Besides, you never know who you might end up in business with in the future. -Charles
