Occupied Home Staging Works and Saves You Money:  14 Before and After Photos!

My niche as a Morris County Stager is staging occupied homes where clients live in the house while it’s on the market. During the consultation I take photos of all the rooms and note all the necessary no cost/low cost jobs the client needs to do to increase the home’s marketability. I then email a detailed project report so they are all ready for staging day. Moreover I make myself accessible, answering all their questions leading up to staging day!

Prior to staging your Morris County home I go through all the photos, study each room and decide which inventory I’m going to use in each room, pack it up and have it ready for staging day.

Once I arrive, the home is organized, painted (if necessary) and sparkling clean. This system keeps the cost extremely low because the client has already (in most cases) done their homework, cutting the staging time by more than  one half!  That translates into hundreds of dollars saved!

Below are examples of rooms I’ve staged where we used what the client already had using minimal or no inventory rental. The biggest change came from decluttering, cleaning and removing extra furniture that detracted from the space.

If you are one of those people who think “Buyers can look past all the clutter, collections, too much furniture and mess, seeing the home’s potential” you may want to view these photos.

Which photos would capture your attention on MLS making you want to see more?

Staging works, takes the guess work out of how to prepare your home for the market and guides you through the process every step of the way.

More Realtors say they’d rather show clients staged homes over an unstaged homes every time!

The proof is in the photos! If you are thinking of selling, please call Morris County's  Elite Staging for a consultation @ 201-602-2562.
