Charlie, Now that my friend looks like a blast and an awesome catch! What a great video blog highlighting just one of the many great outdoor activities available in Steamboat Springs Colorado. You are so right it isn't just about the home it's about the lifestyle. I preach it constantly! Nice work!
You're are so right John. The surrounding area has a lot to do with real estate values. And I'm really lucky to be able to work and live where I do.

As usual fabulous job Charlie, love the inclusion of the black and white photos...at least I think I saw that. I'll have to watch it again. I also love the helmet cam - my son uses them in his Heliski business for videos. You have me longing for some time on a river with a fly rod in hand. You are an inspiration. Double billing for you! Diane - I edit using Final Cup Pro, it's an Apple product. But there are several editing soft-wares available for PC and Mac that are free if not really cheap that do a great job. Charlie
