I'm on my way to Phoenix and I want to look at foreclosure homes in an hour or so!
Really? You're calling me and you want to look at homes up to 140K and pay cash? Today? Seriously folks I just got this call a few minutes ago. I have no idea of who the lady is and I have no idea of what type of home they're looking for or if they even actually have the cash or can qualify. Not to mention I've got back to back appointments all weekend long as does my partner.
I had a brief conversation with her regarding the fact that the Phoenix real estate market is hot. Any homes that are available under 150K will be sold within hours or days of hitting the market and they'll most likely have multiple bids. I mentined the importance of make an appointment in advance to map out a strategy for investing in Phoenix properties - with someone they trust. They don't know me - I don't know them. I asked how long they'd be in town to see if we could work them in sometime this weekend for a strategy planning session. She said....just in town today and on our way home tomorrow. Really? Drive safely.
Calling at the last minute to look at homes in Phoenix because you
didn't find a home in Tucson yesterday.....what can I say?
