Colts Neck Realtor Joins Local Fire Department

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Century 21 Mack Morris Iris Lurie

2007 is coming to an end and so is my 2 day a week training at the Monmouth County Fire Academy.  I will soon have my Tuesday nights and Saturdays back.

As of next week I will have completed my Firefighting 1 class which is a prerequisite to becoming a volunteer firefighter.  Yes, I did it.  I volunteered at the age of 40 to join the local fire department.  While a lot of the students go to the academy at the young age of 18, including two of the four graduates from Colts Neck, it just shows, you are never too old to do what you set out to do.  All you need is faith, courage and enthusiasm.

After much sacrifice of time and determination, I can walk the aisle next week.

In addition to serving the fire department on a volunteer basis, I am more than happy to serve people looking to buy or sell a house in Colts Neck.  Call me today.  732-845-3600 or visit me on the web at

I am a full time Realtor at CENTURY21 Showcase in Colts Neck.
