The flowers are everywhere in Jackson County, NC. Not only are homeowners adding dashes of color in pots and gardens, but the towns, county, merchants and professionals are all brightening the exteriors of their areas.
It is so hard to not feel positive and optimistic with all this beauty around us. Silent Saturday may be the reason for posting these photos, but the colors are anything but silent. In fact they proclaim their presence loudly!
Good morning again Mona. You have such a good eye, that coupled with your heart make you extraordinary. I love the pictures, the flowers and the spirit.
All the blossoms throughout the Western NC area are just gorgeous and you have captured them in detail beautifully. I just read that due to the warm winter and early Spring my favorite nearby strawberry farm expects these delicious fruits to arrive a couple of weeks early and are already in full buds. Hopefully there will not be a maverick freeze. Have a great weekend.

Wow, Mona, you're right, those colors speak volumes! I love the way you framed them up, they look like paintings - simply gorgeous! The Dillsboro Dogwood is quite striking, isn't it? (The Pacific Dogwood is the official floral emblem of BC, so I love seeing pictures of other dogwood varieties - thank you!).

Belinda, those tulips had the sun shining through them and I didn't have to adjust anything for exposure.
