I love the healthy lifestyle and healthy real estate market in Denver. I keep reading about strong markets, and Denver is always mentioned. It's so fun to watch a home come to life before your very eyes. We bought our home new five and half years ago, I got to choose all the finishes...and that really makes it exciting!  I"m sure you'll get both of these under contract soon Joan.  :)
