New Home, New Years Incentives from Lennar Homes

Here is some information to help you gage what is available and how motivated the new home builders are, in this case it is Lennar who is the builder.  Keep in mind, my company will move you - for free, from any city in the continental US - if you would like me to represent you with a new home purchase.

Here's what Lennar is offering on Reno and Sparks new homes:

Marinda at Northstar Ranch

Homes in this Reno new home community start in the low $300K.  Lennar is offering buyer incentives up to $50,000 on selected models of these homes.  Specifically, they have two that are "ready for move in".  That's over 15% of the purchase price!

Candelara

This Sparks new home community offers homes from the mid $300K price range.  Buyers can realize up to $30,000 from Lennar through incentives.

Oriana at Northstar Ranch

These Lennar new homes are in Reno and Lennar is offering incentives up to $60,000 - that is real money! 

Sienna Ridge

This Reno new home community is located just north of the University.  Prices start in the low $300,000 and Lennar  is offering buyer incentives up to $40,000.

Again, if you are serious about buying a new home right now, this is something to consider (call me about the free move program).  If you are watching the market, this definitely gives you an indication of Reno new home builder's motivation and willingness to get homes sold.
