That is so exciting! Congratulations to you and Robert! I don't throw my Realtor magazines out until I've read them so might have seen it sooner or later but thanks so much for bringing it to my attention. I've read some of Dagny's post so knew her too!

Michael - Yes it was a suprise to us as well. We forgot about it because we had been interviewed so many months back... Thanks for stopping by.
That was such an appropriate artcle for the sellers I presented to yesterday - they wanted to get "x" price in so many days, and that was it. I'm afraid I didn't take it. We cannot promise to sell in so many days and for what price. We can just promise our very best efforts with all of our banks of knowledge and make recommendations that make sense.
