URBAN MINING AT ITS BEST PHOENIX REAL ESTATE MARKET

URBAN MINING PHOENIX REAL ESTATE

It was a normal day in the Phoenix real estate market. It seems that we have a new business in the Phoenix real estate market. The official name is "URBAN MINING." There has been an increase of people stealing air condition units to strip the metal to sell at scrap yards. It is quite the profitable business. Is this a problem in your real estate local market? Many vacant homes have not A/Cs. So, the A/C companies are busy replacing them both new and refurbished.

So, we had our friendly techs from A/C Smart ready to install an A/C unit before a renter moving into this home. We are off to another home.

Do they make "chips" for HVAC units?  I'll bet insurance companies are getting involved in this
