Jan: YES! Very busy...in between being sick. I'm still fighting this yucky. And...shhhhhhhhh....don't tell Diego about Mr. Snowman. He's kinda jealous. ;-) GBU!
Gary: I know what you mean. Have a great day! Blessings!!
Carol: ME TOO!! Thanks, my friend!! GBU!
Linda: I'm hoping so...and I have one client already interested. Say a prayer! :-) Blessings, my friend!!
Wow - I like your flyer a lot - I have been using Vflyer, but I might check out postlets... You should sell this one quickly...
ps - my graphic I had to type in was : yanagi-ichigo lol:)
Do you pay for the postlets thingie????
Your listing posts look GREAT, sis.....
Let me know about postlets ok?
Kris: THANKS! This is a great home...and the price is definitely right!! ;-)
Courtney: I've never had that graphic before. Too funny! Thanks for the support!!
P.S. I got your email...SO COOL!!!!
Alex: Postlets is free for this version. There is an upgrade, but this is wonderful. The upgrade must be spectacular! I'll email you the details. :-)
Elizabeth...I didn't realize that pices in the Durham area were so reasonable! I thought it was a desireable area? (I have relatives in Cary)
Also..why is the condo so much more than that ranch....area? Just curious about "what's hot and what's not"
Elizabeth: Sorry for evesdropping on your conversation with Alex, but I found a post on AR by Justin (red tomato guy) about Postlets.com vs VFlyer.com. Here's the link:
http://activerain.com/blogsview/22683/Postlets-com-vs-VFlyer
Maybe it will help anyone who is interested in the flyer on your post... I'm going to read it now!
Joan: GREAT question. The townhome is in an area that is closer to Chapel Hill...making it more expensive. Also...the age of the brick home makes it a little less desireable to some buyers. Although, in this case, the home is in fantastic condition and nicely updated. Thanks for asking!!! Blessings!
Jan: No problem, sis! I'm gonna read the post. Today is the first time I've used Postlets. So far...so good!! GBU!!
