Motivational Power Quote
What Does Self-Talk and Emotions Have in Common?
“Ninety – five percent of your emotions are determined
by how you interpret events to yourself .”
Brian Tracy, author, consultant, speaker
As I see it . . . . . . .
What does self-talk and emotions have in common?
Self-talk is the ongoing conversation that we have with ourselves.
Self-talk is goes on in the back ground and in the deepest reaches of our mind and it always there and running.
You’re able to turn your self-talk into a positive platform in your thinking. Your self-talk influences your emotions and your emotions influences you’re self-talk.
A positive platform in your thinking will become the basis of positive outlook in your thinking and positive emotions. You thinking and emotions will focus your thoughts on creating positive results and success.
Self-talk and also can be negative and destructive. Negative self-talk creates a world of negative thinking, negative emotions, limited activity and poor results.
Our self-talk influences our emotions.
Doers convince themselves in advance through their self-talk that they will be successful. Their belief in themselves increases their confidence and their actions become a reflection of their confidence and their emotions.
Your self-talk will have a direct effect on every aspect of your life and your emotions will be a mirror image of your self-talk.
What does self-talk and emotions have in common? The outlook we have on life, the way we communicate, our activities and our ability to stay on purpose becomes a reflection of our self-talk and the state of our emotions.
So goes your self-talk and emotions so goes your life.
