The USDA financing program is not common because of guidelines for location of the property and income guidelines but if you are among the fortunate ones to qualify for the program and can find a property that qualifies , this is a great program. Then get prequalified by a lender who is familiar with this financing option.
Then look at the map for the state where you want to buy and see what areas are eligible.
Interview agents and choose one agent .
Work with a Buyer agent who can show you homes in the area and always check to see if the property quailfies by checking the link below. You write the address, and it will show whether it is eligible or not.
