Personally I have had a huge surge in business in December, and I know for a fact I am not the only one. My website hits have doubled in November and December, due to an influx of people wanting to make a NEW YEARS change. Out of State Relocation leads are coming in daily. Looking back at this time last year, the Atlanta Real Estate market was much slower. I believe this late 2006 surge is going to make 2007 a banner year for us all!
