Many Phoenicians lost their homes during the extreme downtown in the real estate market.  5 years later When can I buy a home after foreclosure, bankruptcy or short salemany people have been asking me the same question over and over....can I buy a home yet? And for some the answers is YES, now is the time to buy a home.  For others, it's a waiting game.  And while our client is waiting we will meet to  create a plan to make sure sure their credit has been repaired and they're ready to buy a home when the time is right.
