Hallandale Beach is conveniently located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, next to Aventura with access to the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood and Miami International airports, Port Everglades, Port of Miami, and I-95.
Hallandale Beachis a beautiful oceanfront community located in the tropical paradise of South Florida.
To prospective residents, the City of Hallandale Beach provides a choice of housing, modest or luxurious, in quiet, landscaped neighborhoods.
It also offers condominium and rental apartments on the Atlantic Ocean.
Visitors as well as residents can enjoy beautiful beaches, exciting par-mutual wagering, and comfortable hotels. Hallandale officially became a town on May 14, 1927.
By that time, there were 1,500 residents, street lights, and electricity in the community.
In 1947, Hallandale was reincorporated as a city, and was allowed to annex land to the east.
In August of 1999, the city officially changed its name to Hallandale Beach.

Tower 1 was the first tower constructed and it was completed in 2005. Tower 3 is the sister tower of Tower 1. The 3rd tower was the third tower constructed and it was completed in the first quarter of 2007. Tower 2, the tallest building in all of Broward county, was the 2nd tower constructed and it was completed in the 4th quarter of 2006.
