Joan, it was touch and go there for a while, because the renters had a lease for one year. But, both the sellers and buyers gave $5,000 each for the renters to move. THe LA found them another rental and they got $10,000 to release the seller from the lease. It was still a great buy and the buyers really wanted this house.
