If you look closely in the background you will spot the Culinary institute of America in Hyde Park. I was down near the Hudson River taking a few shots when I noticed these pillars. I never did find out the story behind them but I will be asking. Anyway after I took the shot I saw my shadow was included so that is how I came up with the title for this post
Jennifer ~ Very cool photo! The culinary is a great place to eat too. You were lucky to have dinner there. The Hudson Valley has so many interesting places to visit, and so much history!
That is a good composition of all the linear items in the photo. You can also see the light shadow of maybe the tree branches as well. Let us know what those pillars are.
Jennifer they don't seem to be providing any useful purpose, so I am also curious of why they are there.
