Does anyone know of a great Loss Mitigation Company? We are looking for one that is experienced, good, ethical, communicates very well, and can handle some volume.
Are there any? I look on-line, try to get referrals from colleagues, but it seems very much like a non-existant sector of the business. I find plenty of "non-professionals" but with a little digging they don't really measure up or know what they are takling about.
I understand thaht the whole mitigation process is somewhat of a moving target and we've been mitigating our own files fairly well but the sheer amount of time it takes can begin to impact other areas of RE business and take away from client time.
Just wondering....
