Deal With It....

By
Real Estate Agent with David Tracy Real Estate #555994

This week was not the greatest week I have had this year.  My buyer had her buyer back out of the purchase of her home during the option period. It’s a first for me and I didn’t much like the feeling. Neither did my buyer.

I treated myself to a mani and a pedi and as I sat there contemplating this week’s complications…. I thought choosing a home can be hard and complicated; especially if you are undecided between two different homes.

It is like going to have your nails done and you can’t decide what color or flower to have drawn on them.

So I cannot be mad at the person who opted to move on during the option period. I really think she found another home she liked better. Or, maybe the one she really wanted came back on the market. Who will ever know why these things happen.

You can't win them all. You must deal with what you are dealt and move on. Tomorrow I will meet with my buyer and see what we can manipulate to make this deal happen.

So Sussie Says... deal with it and move on something better may just be around the corner...

On the bright side, you found out ahead of time, not at the last minute ... and the option was in place, so there was some warning it could go this way.  I'm sure all will work out.  Glad I'm not the only indecisive gal at the nail shop.

Sussie, sometimes things happen for a reason which we may not understand at the time ...but when one door closes shut another door opens.

Sussie, somehow there is always a bright side and new opportunities are out there and it is a new week, not much help in the disappointment area for your buyer though.  Perhaps options are not the best option.

Sussie,  Sorry you are dealing with high maintenance people right now.  At lease your nails will look great.  Good idea to take a break from it all.

Hi Sussie,

They say that everything happens for a reason.  To this day, for some of those things that happened to me, I'm still trying to figure out what that reason is.

Maybe I should try a mani and pedi?  Hmmmmmm.....

How about a picture of your mani/pedi results, and a shout out to the shop that does them?  What color flower did you choose?

Georgina - well I opted for a hot pink no flower.  I wanted a flower but I was close to a $100 in tab so I decided to wait. I had a wax too so you know all that adds up.
