Liz Carter is a Cinco Ranch Residentthat also sells extensively in Cinco Ranch and the surrounding communities. She is a charter member of the Cinco Ranch Ladies Club, one of only a handful left of charter members, having joined in the year it was formed in 1992-93. She served as the historian, and also took all the pictures and wrote all the press release for the club for almost 12 years in a row. She served as Vice President in charge of programs in 1999-2000, and again in 2002-2003. She served as president in 2003-2004 and as parliamentarian in 2004-2005. Liz has chaired the Christmas lunch, the road rally (twice), the first casino night party ( She was the first one to start this). Liz has also served on numerous committees for socials, and charity events over the last 15-16 years. Liz is very active in the community, joining in on the many events that we hold in Cinco Ranch.
Liz Carter was one of the first Realtors to service the West Houston/Katy area beginning in 1976. In 1978 she opened a large franchise Real Estate Co. in Katy, back when Mason Rd. was 2 lanes and dead ended at Highland Knolls. A couple of years ago Liz decided that belonging to a franchise was not a befit to her or her clients and started Liz Carter & Team Realty. She is still in the same location of 31+ years, in the shopping center at Mason Rd. & I-10 where Jason's Deli is. Liz now has three generations of her family working in her company and they are helping second generations of buyers and sellers. Their logo is, "Three generations of our family serving your family, est. 1976", and their slogan is, "Your Real Estate Resource For Life". Liz averages selling 200 homes a year, and is ranked by the Houston Business Journal as the 11th top producing team out of all 25,000 agents in the greater Houston MLS, regardless of company affiliation. They have a very informative web site, http://www.lizcarter.com/, or you can reach them at 281-391-SOLD (7653).

No one knows Cinco Ranch better than I do, period! I watched them dig the original lakes and watched as the world famous Beach Club pool with real sand and the first home be built. The lakes are stocked with 11+ lb. bass (have pictures to prove it :), catfish +++, the sail boats and paddle boats are free to residents, we have a water park, miles and miles of nature trails, hike & bike trails, several pools, tennis courts, and much more. Call me for a private tour of Cinco Ranch where you can ,"Take a vacation without leaving home"
