If you are anything like most real estate agents in the country, you have probably at one point or another looked into or used a lead generation service to supplement your lack of business. In this program you are competing with other agents for the clients phone call or email to you. You can compete by paying higher referral fees and therefore giving more money back to the client or by offering your own incentives. 2) you are listed in at least 3 zip codes and you are at a semi-exclusive level where you are limiting the competition to 3 agents at the most. Same deal as the first program but less competition. 3) You can be an exclusive agent in any zip code and be the only person for the clients to contact in that area. This is the one that most agents go for, and for a good reason...why share business with your competition in the area. In any event you are simply putting yourself in a position to be contacted by clients...WHEN THEY ARE READY TO BUY OR SELL! No more cold calling, No more chasing leads, LET THE CLIENTS CALL YOU! Of course all three programs work on a heirarchy, soo if you are in at the 1st level and someone takes it at level 2 or 3, you will be bumped out. Eventually every zip code will be sold out on the exclusive level, some areas of the nation are already there!
