Carol: This house is amazing!! Are you kidding for $82,500?? Do you know what I would do with a home like that?? MAN! My creative juices are flowing just looking at the pics. That should fly off the market!! Blessings!!

Elizabeth - Nope! Not kidding at all! It's a beautiful place, and the kitchen is to die for! The bedrooms are HUGE and there are some humongous walk in closets! My favorite part is the sitting parlor with the vaulted ceiling that really accents the classic fireplace. Just stunning! Come on up and buy it! I'd love to have you here! :)

Carol, I too was shocked at the lovely house for that price! The home is just beautiful and I honestly can't believe that price. Do you happen to know if there's a need for Feng Shui consultants in your area :)?

Hi Karen: This house is just incredible. The seller is the chairperson of the historic foundation that this house falls under and he is very meticulous. The whole 'feel' of the house is total elegance from days gone by - but mixed with all of the modern creature comforts.

Hi Carole: The price is the real deal! LOL As for FengShui? I'm not sure. I'll check. I am believing that there just might be because of all the historical homes and some huge pockets of McMansions. Also the new lofts downtown would be a great place to use Feng Shui.
