Hey Dick,  I don't mind the neighborhood profiles so much but the market reports are bit mundane if ya know what I mean.  Maybe if I had some of those cools graphs and charts it would brighten my day.  I guess I do need a mentor, who could that be?

Hi Bill,  Thank you kindly, Andalucia really is a great community of some really nice homes with some very attractive floor plans.

Hey AJ,  I think some sellers are feeling the same thing, lets get some buyers off the fence and under contract.

Hi Jerry,  Well I suppose not liking something and getting it done is two different things.  They are time consuming is the main thing but then again what isn't.

Hello Juli,  Thank you, thank you!  I do my best to stay in touch with the communities of Albuquerque.  So many neighborhoods so little time.

Hey Marge,  Isn't that such a great name.  Very Spanish and stately sounding.

Hi L&S,  We really do have some interesting names of communities and I have only just scratched the surface.  I may be doing a blog on some interesting street names..just for fun!

Andalucia de La Luz in Albuquerque has many excellent floor plans and a great selection of available homes.  Call me for more information or to set up a personal tour.
