Falafel is delicious. Let's get that out of the way right now. If you have never had this sandwich or meal, you have not hit the heights of true living. You can pick up the mix at your local market and prepare which is easy to do or you can visit a place that does all the work and serves it up...But look forward to this meatless wonder

I HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH FOOD POSTS

It was created for people who cannot eat meat on certain days. But why limit it to that? I want to call your attention to a problem I have with food posts. You see I start eating right away and then I think about a post and photo shoot afterwards. I will describe the picture below...SORRY, the sandwiches (2.5) have exited under my personal instructions

THE PICTURE BELOW

1. My fellow falafel eaters. 2. Salad with lemon and oil plus cucumbers. Very important. Kalamata olives. 3.Humus which to me is up there with butter. 4. Pita bread heated. 5. An expensive root beer. 6. Plate of falafel patties cooked in olive oil.

BE ADVISED IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE FALAFEL SANDWICH ON A PITA BREAD THE SECOND SANDWICH IS CALLED

RE-PITA from the English repeat which is to do over of which I have done

You join the all the bible greats when you eat this meal

Richie - I guess I did not have good luck finding a good one. Tried a couple of times, but it was very dry. People from Middle East say it is great.

Will wait till I go to Israel. i am sure they have the good ones there on every corner

Love, love, love falafel!  Especially with that spicy sauce ... yummy!  A friend of a friend has a restaurant in Northridge called "Falafelicious" and it is supposed to be, well, falafelicious :)  Is Northridge far from you?

Hello Jon....my friend, when you do go to the Middle East, you will remember much from the eating stands and the street fare. Food sold from carts is excellent and would not exist if it wasn't. But, Jon, there are local places that excel at this. Don't despair my friend....I see a falafel sandwich (juicy) in your near future...thank you J

Carie...who leaves no doubt in any post readers mind where she stands on the subject and I quote "love love love"...I am 1-2 hours traffic pending from Northridge. Any place that has a name like falafelicious has to live up to the name. I know its good.
