Delaware mortgage interest rates improved last week as the mortgage bonds were finally able to stop trending lower and trader higher for the first time in 3 weeks.  The economic news released week hinted at a weaker than expected housing market and renewed troubles in Europe.  The news lead the Federal Reserve to hint at QE3.
