Dallas or Houston? Tampa or San Antonio? While there may not be any snow, and you're more likely to need sunglasses than a coat, these southern cities are tops when it comes to decking the halls. According to data provided by Superpages.com, Dallas outdoes New York as this year's Holly-Jolliest City - Houston takes third, and Tampa is fourth.

I'd agree with those findings.  It's weird....kinda like people over-compensate for their not being any snow.  They decorate everything here....including cars.  I remember the first year I came here to visit, I saw a van fully decked out in x-mas lights from top to bottom and front to back driving down the road.  It was one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

People decorate their golf carts and boats and drive them around.  Anything they can add lights to, they will....LOL

I've seen a couple santas driving boats out on the Manatee River before....LOL....and the elves, well they were dressed....sorta....
